Coaching
About coaching with Carlee
- Coaching is for high performers leading through a career, role, leadership, or identity shift. It is also for people who want a thinking partner when the path ahead is hard to read.
- We start with what is happening now. Then we name what changed, what matters, and what may be in the way. Each session ends with clear next steps.
- Yes. Carlee offers in-person coaching in Baltimore, as well as video sessions for clients anywhere. If you live locally, ask about the Baltimore local rate when you book. Bring the real decision or change in front of you. The work will help you find a clear next move.
- You do not need the full answer before you begin. Bring the part that feels hard to name. Coaching helps you see what changed, find the right next question, and move forward without forcing the whole future.
- Yes, when those tools support the larger goal. Resume and LinkedIn work is most useful when it follows clear thinking about the move you want to make.
- You can choose a single Focus Session, a three-session Clarity Sprint, or a longer Lead Forward Coaching package. If you are unsure, start with a conversation.
- Yes. Start with a short conversation so we can see what you need and whether the work fits.
- Yes. Most coaching can happen by video, so location does not need to limit the work.
- Payment is handled securely through Stripe. Coaching packages are paid before the first session unless another plan is agreed in writing. After payment, you will choose a time for your first session.
- Yes, with advance notice. The booking page will show the current reschedule rules.
- This work looks at the person and the system around them. It pairs clear self-awareness with a practical read of the room, the role, and the conditions shaping the next move.

Career Room
About the community
- $67 a month, or $670 a year. That's the founding rate, and it's locked for as long as you stay a member. When the founding group fills, the price goes up for new members. Yours won't.
- Click any Join button on this page. It takes you to the community on Skool, where you'll create an account and enter payment. You're in right away. The whole thing takes about two minutes.
- On Skool, a platform built for this. The live sessions, the threads, the courses, and the member library all live there. You can use it on your laptop or the app.
- You'll get a note from Carlee within a day or two. Start with the welcome post, add a short introduction, and come to a live session that week. People who show up once in the first week tend to stick.
- No, and that's on purpose. The live rooms stay off the record so people can speak freely, which is what makes them worth attending. Afterward, Carlee shares the insights and takeaways in the community, so you'll always know what came out of a session you missed.
- No. About half the room is staying put and working on performance, visibility, and what's next inside their current organization. The other half is in some kind of move. Both belong here.
- People well into their careers. Directors, VPs, heads of function, people carrying real weight at work. If you're leading, or ready to, you'll find your people here.
- That's up to you. The more you put in, the more you get back. Some members come to every session and live in the threads. Some drop in when a topic calls to them. Both work.
- There are courses inside the community you can take at your own pace, but nothing is required. This is a live room first. The courses are there when you want them, not a syllabus to complete.
- Yes. Members book private sessions at member rates, right inside the community. There's also a monthly small-group session to work through your Signal results together.
- Anytime, no conversation required. If you rejoin later, the founding rate may no longer be available, so staying is how you keep it.
- Take The Signal first. It's free, and it names what shifted before you decide anything. Then come find the room when you're ready.
