Coaching

About coaching with Carlee

Who is coaching for?

Coaching is for high performers leading through a career, role, leadership, or identity shift. It is also for people who want a thinking partner when the path ahead is hard to read.

What happens in a coaching session?

We start with what is happening now. Then we name what changed, what matters, and what may be in the way. Each session ends with clear next steps.

Do you offer coaching in Baltimore?

Yes. Carlee offers in-person coaching in Baltimore, as well as video sessions for clients anywhere. If you live locally, ask about the Baltimore local rate when you book. Bring the real decision or change in front of you. The work will help you find a clear next move.

Do I need a full plan before we start?

You do not need the full answer before you begin. Bring the part that feels hard to name. Coaching helps you see what changed, find the right next question, and move forward without forcing the whole future.

Do you help with resumes or LinkedIn?

Yes, when those tools support the larger goal. Resume and LinkedIn work is most useful when it follows clear thinking about the move you want to make.

How do packages work?

You can choose a single Focus Session, a three-session Clarity Sprint, or a longer Lead Forward Coaching package. If you are unsure, start with a conversation.

Can we talk before I book?

Yes. Start with a short conversation so we can see what you need and whether the work fits.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Most coaching can happen by video, so location does not need to limit the work.

How do payments work?

Payment is handled securely through Stripe. Coaching packages are paid before the first session unless another plan is agreed in writing. After payment, you will choose a time for your first session.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes, with advance notice. The booking page will show the current reschedule rules.

What makes this work different?

This work looks at the person and the system around them. It pairs clear self-awareness with a practical read of the room, the role, and the conditions shaping the next move.

Speaking

For teams, boards, and stages

What do you consult on?

Carlee consults on leadership, workforce change, systems adoption, talent systems, belonging, access, and high-performance conditions.

What speaking topics do you offer?

Current topics include leading through change, AI and the future of work, high-trust teams, talent systems, belonging and access, and civic leadership.

Do you work with teams?

Yes. Consulting and speaking can support teams, leaders, boards, and organizations moving through change.

Can you customize a talk?

Yes. Talks can be shaped around the audience, the moment, and the outcomes you want people to leave with.

Do you work with nonprofit boards?

Yes. Board and civic work can focus on transition, succession, leadership, workforce impact, and growth.

How do we start a consulting inquiry?

Use the Start a Conversation form. Share what is happening, who is involved, and what kind of support you are considering.

Coaching Tools

The Signal and Should I Stay or Should I Go

Are the tools live now?

Design the Team and Design the Work are available now for a one-time $49 purchase. Other tools are still in development.

What is The Signal?

The Signal is a short guided check-in for the moment something feels different and you need clearer language for what changed.

What is Should I Stay or Should I Go?

Should I Stay or Should I Go? is a structured diagnostic for a bigger decision where several paths still feel possible.

Who are the business tools for?

These tools are for solo owners and small teams who want clearer roles, cleaner work, and less founder overload.

Which business tool should I start with?

Start with Design the Team when you are deciding who should own what. Start with Design the Work when one workflow takes too much time or lives mostly in your head.

Do I need to be ready to hire or use AI?

No preparation is required. These tools help you see what the business needs next, whether that means a person, a better process, AI support, or time to learn more.

Will these tools replace coaching?

These tools help you notice, sort, and move forward. Coaching provides deeper space for patterns, decisions, support, and change.

Will my answers be private?

Your answers are handled with care and used to give you a clearer result. You will see how information is stored before you save your work.

Career Room

About the community

What does it cost?

$67 a month, or $670 a year. That's the founding rate, and it's locked for as long as you stay a member. When the founding group fills, the price goes up for new members. Yours won't.

How do I sign up?

Click any Join button on this page. It takes you to the community on Skool, where you'll create an account and enter payment. You're in right away. The whole thing takes about two minutes.

Where does the community live?

On Skool, a platform built for this. The live sessions, the threads, the courses, and the member library all live there. You can use it on your laptop or the app.

What happens after I join?

You'll get a note from Carlee within a day or two. Start with the welcome post, add a short introduction, and come to a live session that week. People who show up once in the first week tend to stick.

Are the sessions recorded?

No, and that's on purpose. The live rooms stay off the record so people can speak freely, which is what makes them worth attending. Afterward, Carlee shares the insights and takeaways in the community, so you'll always know what came out of a session you missed.

Is this only for people job searching?

No. About half the room is staying put and working on performance, visibility, and what's next inside their current organization. The other half is in some kind of move. Both belong here.

Who is it for?

People well into their careers. Directors, VPs, heads of function, people carrying real weight at work. If you're leading, or ready to, you'll find your people here.

How much time does this take?

That's up to you. The more you put in, the more you get back. Some members come to every session and live in the threads. Some drop in when a topic calls to them. Both work.

Is there a curriculum?

There are courses inside the community you can take at your own pace, but nothing is required. This is a live room first. The courses are there when you want them, not a syllabus to complete.

Can I book time with Carlee directly?

Yes. Members book private sessions at member rates, right inside the community. There's also a monthly small-group session to work through your Signal results together.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, no conversation required. If you rejoin later, the founding rate may no longer be available, so staying is how you keep it.

Still not sure?

Take The Signal first. It's free, and it names what shifted before you decide anything. Then come find the room when you're ready.
