This policy explains what information carleewolfe.com collects and how it is used. It applies to this website and to inquiries sent through the Start a Conversation form.

Messages you send

When you use the Start a Conversation form, we save your name, email, what you are reaching out about, your message, your timeline, and how you heard about Carlee. That record is stored privately in this site's database so Carlee can reply and keep track of the conversation. A copy is emailed to Carlee, and you get a short confirmation email. Sending a note does not add you to a mailing list.

Early access sign-ups

If you join the early list for one of the personal tools, we save your name, email, which tool you chose, and the optional context you shared. That only signs you up for news about that tool. There is a separate optional checkbox if you also want occasional updates from Carlee. If you leave it unchecked, you do not get them. If you check it, we record that you said yes and when.

Spam protection

Public forms include a hidden field that only automated bots fill in, and a short-term record used to limit repeated submissions. That record holds a one-way hash, not your address.

Analytics and cookies

This site may use basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. No personal profile is built from this data.

Payment

When you unlock a paid coaching tool, Stripe processes the payment. This site does not see or store your card number. After a completed purchase, we read the buyer email, name, and Stripe customer id from the checkout session and save them in the same private contact record described above, linked to the purchase. The purchase record itself stays minimal: which tool, the Stripe checkout session id, the amount, the currency, and the timestamp. Your assessment questions, answers, business details, and Action Kits are never sent to Stripe. Coaching package payments run through Acuity and Stripe, and you receive a receipt from Stripe by email.

Coaching tool intake

Before you start a coaching tool conversation, you may share a short piece of business context: the kind of work you are in, your role, and the one thing you want the tool to help you do today. All three answers are optional, and you can skip the step. This information is used to make your own result more useful. De-identified product-learning use is described below, and you can opt out at any time inside the tool.

Voice typing

Some fields let you dictate instead of typing. Voice typing only starts after you click the button, and it uses the speech feature built into your own browser. This site does not record, store, or send your audio anywhere. Only the text your browser produces is placed in the field, and you can edit or delete it before sending. If your browser does not offer this feature, you can type instead.

Product learning and how to opt out

Your answers help improve this tool. When your Action Kit is generated, we create a separate de-identified record about that conversation, unless you have opted out. That record holds only broad category tags, for example a general role type, a general industry type, the kinds of outcomes discussed, and common patterns. It never holds your name, email address, phone number, links, your messages, your intake text, your Action Kit, or any identifier that points back to you. We use it to understand which problems these tools should handle better. Each tool page shows a short notice with an opt-out action. If you opt out, that record and its private link are deleted, and nothing further is captured for that assessment.

Emailing your Action Kit

After you build an Action Kit, you can ask us to email you a copy. If you do, your email address is passed to our delivery provider (Resend) only to send that one Action Kit. Using this option does not add you to a mailing list. This site does not keep your raw email address in its database for that delivery. We only record that a delivery was requested for your session, the delivery status, and the provider's message id so we can help you if something goes wrong.

Service providers

This site uses Supabase for secure storage, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for payments, and Acuity for scheduling. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job. Your information is not sold and is not shared for anyone else's marketing.
